This is a 3 feet by 6 feet, life sized, professionally printed poster, computer by Edu-Craft Diversions to depict the historically accurate, vintage flight deck/instrument panel of an early (1943) WWII era B-17G bomber at cruising altitude, just throttled back for a descent to target run.   This was drawn on computer and is not a photograph.  This poster adorns flight museums (see pic as shown displayed in a prominent Oregon Aviation museum as seen through the nose of B17G Lacy Lady), hangers, corporate offices  and restaurants around the world ...
